1 pack of bachelors low fat noodles (your fav flavour) made up according to packet- cool for a couple of minutes and whisk in 3 eggs, season with salt and pepper and add what ever you like to the noodle mix- pre cooked ham or chicken, then pour into a hot frying pan (use lots of spray light) cook as you would an omelette but instead of flipping place under grill to brown then slice into wedges I like eating it with ketchup XD
Optional I normally sprinkle my heA choice cheese over the top before grilling :)
Depending on how much liquid there is, you may want to drain some of it after the noodles have cooked :)
