Smoked Red Pesto Chicken Burgers- serves 4


4 chicken breast
4 rashers of smoked bacon (fat trimmed obviously)
1 tbsp of red pesto - 2.5 syns
1 whisked egg (just lightly with a fork)
Seasoning- salt and pepper

Blend all together in a food processor - shape into burgers and fry in spray light - mixture will be very wet but will seize up when it hits the heat XD

serve with a wholemeal roll (heB) or 5.5 syns and syn free chips with salad XD
